What....two posts from me in one day?? Had to share some breakfast with you. Buttermilk Hotcakes with Bacon. I start with SR Flour and add a couple of eggs and plenty of buttermilk and stir until mixed and slightly lumpy. I don't measure, that takes all the fun out of it! Cooking them in my cast iron skillet with lots of real butter makes them nicely browned and moist on the inside! Pass the syrup!
