vintage textile treasures
Today, we are having an unbelievably cold day. I decided to stay indoors and try and visit some of the blogs of the people I chat with on the Vintage chat. I so enjoyed your pictures from Germany. What a wonderful trip that must have been. Your blog is very interesting. Perhaps you would like to visit mine one day at http://www.forheartandhome.blogspot.com. Thanks and have a wonderful day. Regards - Sandi
I love the bedspreads. And I read in your profile that you love vintage fabrics. I do too, so it seems we have that in common. I love vintage japanese kimono silks, and german vintage white lacey pillow covers and sheets. I use them all over my house as table covers, and they are fabulous. I have the most wonderful old baby sheet set from my mother, given to her as an infant, and hand embroidered by her mother at the time. Fabulous, and one of my all time favorite treasures! - Deborah
Ooooh, my goodness! Look at all that gorgeousness! Smiles, Karen
The bedspreads are beautiful! LOVE them. K :)
Your bedspread are unbelievably gorgeous. Perfect for any home but especially that of a vintage cottage lover like me. Your blog is wondrous! I love your photography and all the vintage charms.
Oh Cindy, those Chenilles were divine. Like iced confection on a wedding cake! Thankyou for visiting my blog. No doubt I will document the -excruciating- search for a new Machine... Also no 'sewing' until I do either. Oh well just have to do things by hand.... hmmmm some barkcloth is calling.........Irene :)
I, too, love vintage fabrics of all kinds! Yours are so beautiful! As you can see, I visited your blog the other day too! Everything is sooooo lovely! Thanks for joining my blog as a follower! Awesome!
